In providing customers with satisfactory service, the main goal is to provide exceptional information specific to their needs. Rey has always used a simple process in his first meeting with a client. This is what he calls his probing stage. After greeting them, Rey will ask a few probing questions of where they stand on purchasing, without making them feel uncomfortable or pressured. This helps build trust between both parties. Also Rey will listen to what their main points are and what needs they have so he can form a plan to execute in a timely manner. Another important matter is to stay in contact with clients by doing follow ups and to reply to their calls asap.
